Could someone please explain to me the roles and responsibilities of these two guys?

Coach Wilson and Coach Brooks

Coach Brooks-I believe he is the director of high school relations. He is responsible for putting together the coaching clinics and staying in touch with HS coaches and the schools themselves. In the past he has also helped with various PR functions.
Coach Wilson-As director of football operations I believe is he responsible for travel logistics, and other organizational type jobs the HC does not have time for. I believe Coach Wilson's recruiting exeperience and ties to HS coaches around the south will be used to help setup recruiting plans. I would imagine he will be working very closely with both Coach Nix and Coach Brooks.
This is just my guess on the situation, but I'd imagine it's pretty close to reality.
