I would like for them to open a Q&A session between the fans & Chan.. I am very pleased with a decision being made, but I would give some stipulations.
1. Discipline your team, man!
2. Get some fire in ya!
3. Quite trying to sell the idea that only idiots play football and you can't get the right athletes. You have to be smart to play football. You're just not getting the smart & good ones!
4. Get Joe Hamilton & Keith Brooking involved on at least an inspirational level.
and last, to be popular, hire an OC to at least open up some checks & balances on the field.
