I attended the UGA Terry College of Business Georgia Economic Outlook for 2009 at the GWCC today.
Michael Adams, in introducing former UGA walk-on Gov. Sonny Perdue, joked that he asked the Governor if he had any eligibility left during the third quarter of the GT game.
Governor Perdue in turn offered congratulations to Georgia Tech on their victory, which brought a few cheers from the crowd, GT65 included.
BTW, as expected, things will get worse before getting better in 3rd qtr '09 --no real recovery until mid-2010. Steve Forbes had some insightful takes on the economy from a national perspective.
