Couldn't attend.Would someone give game recap?

just a few notes off the top of my head

-Ball looked more mobile out there. He was moving out of the pocket and had a couple of good runs. Did have one int that wasn't completely his fault IIRC.

-Choice was able to run more or less at will, even though we were running the same counter every time.

-We kept the offensive play calling very simple today. We couldn't have run more than 10 different plays all day. Offense was effective every though they knew what we were about to do.

- Still missing a good number of tackles on our kickoff coverage

-Brooks continues to impress at punter

- refs gift wrapped the first TD for Duke.

- had a Saftety on Duke taken away from us as well.

-Bennett came in at the half. Looked very very sharp, IMO. Him and Greg Smith really seem to be on the same page. He really seemed to be in control of the offense out there.

- We were letting Duke have the underneath routes all day. They burn us on a couple long passes. most of the passing yards came on dinking and dunking.

- Evans seems to be getting better with his field vision when running the ball. Still think he needs to work on hitting the hole quick. Gonna be a good one for us the next 3 years.

Everything went as planned more or less. We were able to get a lot of guys on the field. Started subbing guys at the half. Could have scored a good bit more, but we called the dogs off.

Feeling much better going into THWG week.

Good assessment, however, I would have to disagree with you on RB's int. Bad read IMHO. Never should have been thrown.

CJ made some incredible catches but did drop a long pass that probably would have scored.

JJ's TD catch was luck but a very nice catch indeed.

RB did not look good throwing the ball at all to me but did look more mobile.

TB looked very impressive in the second half.

STs are just terrible. There's nothing really more to say there.

Overall, nice win and was glad to see our studs sit this one out in the second half!

Ugag will put 7 or 8 in the box and to stop our running game. I think this next one is really going to be on Reggie's shoulders. OL will HAVE to give Reggie some time to make the plays. Very winnable game but going to be hard to do in between the hedges.

I disagree on Reggie's INT as well. Poor decision. But he had a good day nonetheless and got his touch back on the deep balls. Calvin dropped a sure TD on a bomb - couldn't tell if Talley (Duke's DB) got a hand in there to knock it loose but Calvin has definitely made tougher catches.

I also disagree on the giftwrapped TD. Penalty calls looked pretty legit to me.

In short, after some tense moments, the GT team entered the stadium and the outcome was clear before kickoff.

maybe you guys are right on RB's INT. Couldn't see it that well. I was on the far side of the stadium.

Maybe so, but he's been "lucky" before (Clemson), he just seems to never give up on the ball.

Kickoffs are terrible, but remember punting is part of ST. Certainly not terrible there.

Brooks is about the only thing good our ST have going. Whether he is out-kicking the coverage I don't know but punt coverage isn't great.
