I had the same thought...he did win the award 3 times, IIRC, but the title (and host's intro) says 2-time ACCCotY winner.

You know, it's like anything else... We weren't really as good as our record in 2014. We weren't really as bad as our record in 2015. It is what it is.

Later he said something about the high points of the season being a great time to be living, even among the very low points. He also mentioned that after the 2014 and 2015 seasons, his QB has now seen everything.

Actual summary:

Ireland is cool. Been there before with Navy. BC arranged the game.

2015 was mostly injuries. At one point had 7 slot backs out. Lost best defender. Can't win in the ACC playing a bunch of freshmen. Never seen anything like it in 35 years, expects to bounce back.

It's cool seeing GT players get superbowl rings.

On Harbaugh doing a rap video, CPJ says he'd have to just let the local Atlanta talent do it on his own. He'd reach out to country guys instead. Last two minutes were discussing country music.

It is what it is. Make The Flats Great Again. Build a Wall. Ask not what you can do for your conference.
