Most of the time when our talent is equal or slightly less than our opponent’s talent.

Don’t say crap about defense: Auburn runs our offense and has a good defense.

Don’t say crap about offense: we had the people in position to score today. Just no execution.

It’s just talent. What can we do to increase it? Can we get together a group of bag men to pay players? What needs to happen? Seriously.

'Talent' huh? I politely disagree.

Auburn threw the ball 28 goddamn times today and completed 21 of those.

Auburn does NOT run our offense. Their D is better though.

We had the people in position to score today exactly once. And we did. The rest of the time, we were ass-raped by the mutt defense.

I think the administration needs to make our chances of recruiting competitively more realistic. I don't think the people in charge understand how much it means to Tech to be competitive in football.

The pass was there for us today, and in most of our losses. We just didn’t have the talent to make it happen.

Auburn runs our offense?
Gus runs flexbone concepts but his offense works because (1) he has a capable and competent offensive line that isn't trained to bellyflop as a rule, (2) defenses HAVE to respect the passing game and cannot sellout on the run on every play.

When have we had the talent to make it happen often enough that the defense has to respect it? JT5 was awesome, but even he was not a consistently capable passer. I know Paul's only been here for 10 years and is still installing his system, but eventually..

We didn’t have the talent? Or we didn’t have the training? I don’t understand how you think you can tell the difference.

AJ Suggs was the last capable passer we had, I think, if we are talking completion percentage well over 50 %.

Honestly, that is one of the forgotten seasons to me. I think that is the season we got beaten at home by Wake and blown out by UGAg. Of course, that was forever ago and we are fresh off our latest beatdown.
