Crazy 'Bama Fans

What if Saban is a dud at Bama? What if his name becomes hated among Bama fans? They might have to move out of state.

Wouldn't it make more sense to name him after the Bear?
 
At least they didn't name him Nit Witt...

Had a pledge in my fraternity at GT, from Alabama, named John Paul Bryant Wieneker.

Why he came to Tech I don't know. He was a dork and we ran him off after a year and guess where he ended up?

You guessed right: Bammer...

deepsnap, as I am sure you know. But every little town is gonna have some folks that march to a different drummer. I guess some Tech fans might have a few more Bobby's running around than might be expected as well. Those little guys should be glad their parents aren't big basketball fans who named them after their favorite Bama coach ...... Wimp :-)
 
I knew a guy from Bama named Paul Bryant Baer (not Bear, but it sounded the same). Went by Bryant Baer.

Graduated Presbyterian College in 93-94 somewhere in there.
