From what I can tell, using the ESPN links to rankings and schedule (using the AP poll until the BCS comes out)...

Ranked ACC teams are:
8-16 overall AND
3-13 vs. ACC teams

There have been two games featuring two ranking ACC teams. [WF v. F$U, UNC v. GT]

This also calls the Maryland game tonight a F$U win.

I used AP until the BCS poll came out. Then switched to BCS.

I think I used the games for (hypothetical date) November 1-7 and then compared them to the poll from Sunday November 8 rather than Sunday november 1
