They did a follow up from their predictions, they really gave GT credit for making changes at half time.

They think that Dwyer will be a better NFL player than Noshow, Morgan Burnett a really class act and better than anyone on UGA side.

PJ must have given one really great halftime speech, something like, "I plan to win, stay here if you do not believe in me". Must have worked.

Ya'll hear that CBS announcers????

:laugher: 9-3 and beats Pre-season #1.

I do not think it was "believe in me"...it was 'believe we can do this."

This was after he told them that we were going to get the ball first, score a TD, get 2 pts, hold them on defense, score another TD and get 2 pts to tie it up.

He said that anyone who did not think that was going to play out needed to stay in the locker room.

Oh come on hivered, lets not exaggerate what was said.

He said it was a 60 minute game and if anyone didn't think it was going to take all 60 minutes to win this game, don't walk back out on the field.

And that is why I respect Paul Johnson so much more. I would have thought the right thing to do there was to get all these guys really pumped, and playing for blood.

However, Paul Johnson, that master tactician and leader that he is, realized that all he needed to remind the team was that the game was not over. And that they were better and not the underdogs like everyone was painting them.
