What do those two things have in common?
Not going to blame Temple sucking on Collins any more than I'd blame us sucking on Paul Johnson.
Then some folks on here need to stop with the "Collins is still overcoming the mess CPJ left" excuse.
Now this is how you set up and close an argument. Then some folks on here need to stop with the "Collins is still overcoming the mess CPJ left" excuse.

You're making the excuse for them. If Temple's current situation has anything to do with Collins, then 100% our talent issue is still because of CPJ. Cannot have it both ways. This thread is very cucky, like most on here. Then some folks on here need to stop with the "Collins is still overcoming the mess CPJ left" excuse.
Who are the people still saying that? Even jts called for Collins to be fired last night, and he's probably been the most stubborn Collins supporter on here.
Its not apples to apples though. I mean I dont follow Temple football, but I am sure some of the stuff they are doing on offense and defense is what was run in the CGC regime. However CGC at Tech has steered the program hard away from anything and everything we did under CPJ (some for good reason). I dont think its an indictment on him, but certainly paints some sort of a picture of the kind of coach he is. The man is built to run a HS program. You're making the excuse for them.
