Best thing I heard Dabo say was that while he can be demanding of his players he does it with a positive attitude. He can be critical but not demeaning. Something our coaches could learn to do

I used to think success was 2/3 coaching and 1/3 everything else.

Now I think it's 2/3 recruiting and 1/3 everything else.

Talent fixes everything.

And coaches get too much credit for winning with a loaded roster and too little credit for winning without one.

Shouldn't coaches get credit for recruiting the loaded roster?

To a certain degree, yes, but some schools are pretty much guaranteed a loaded roster at this point.

I think he's a clown with incredible assistants. I cringe whenever I hear him talk to the media.
