Dan Mullen new Miss. State HC

I would like to open up against them next year.

Go to starkville and ruin this cat's mojo.

Screw the SEC.

Does anyone know if he has the horses at MSU to run a spread offense? I'm glad we'll be catching them early in his first year. I think he'll be able to run a fairly effective offense if he can get some players.

I thought the guy from boise locked this job up?

Supposedly there was discussion with Petersen, but nothing materialized there. Seems like a decent hire for MSU, Mullen is supposed to get $1.2 million, plus incentives I would assume.

He has a good offensive resume, can't argue with his success as OC with Florida. Don't think it has been determined yet if he will coach in the NC game or not.

What is funny is they run a spread option...just as we do...except in a shotgun. Additionally, their receivers are more in the run and shoot formation than slotbacks.

Not sure if you guys watch a lot of Florida football...I have to down here...and they run quite a bit of option. That coaching staff did the same thing at Utah.

Well I wish him LUCK--MSU it on the low end of my SEC hate list--my Bro played for them a long time ago.
