This guy is a 4/5 star recruit who has already verballed to Florida, but still wants to visit GaTech, and USC, along with others. He has freakish natural ability similar to NEW COMMIT Jacoby Monroe. I'm not sure what our chances really are, but if he were to commit, along with possibly a Tony Tucker or DeMario Ambrose then we would by far have gotten the strongest D-Line Recruiting Class possibly ever by Tech, with Walls and Monroe also included. So, what are the chances of us prying him away from UF and showing him that we offer more than USC and others? Is his Commitment a real possibility?

If we get Mcrary and Nesbitt, Claytor, Everson, Donley etc. I think this will from top to bottom be the best class ever in GT history..at least in the last 50 years

From what I have heard, Tucker is not an option at this point due to grades. Ambrose may be an option, but he wants to wait until the end of the season to commit and by then it will more than likely be too late.

I have high hopes for stealing McCrary from UF. He is really close and childhood friends with our recruit Mario Butler. And he is friends with Jacoby Monroe. He has already stated that he wants to go to a school where he can go in with friends.

Donley will go next this weekend in making it official. That will make 12.

I think Nesbitt will end up at GT. I also think we will steal Dwyer away from Auburn and Georgia only because I think he really likes the kids personalities that we are bringing in and wants to play with them. I think Claytor will end up committing to GT too.

I don't think we will get Cedric Everson. I think we will lose out there. Just a hunch I guess. His Dad sounds like one of these really talkative types that likes everything about everyone but Cedric himself has said very little. I think we will pull in one more stud D-Lineman this year like Ambrose, maybe the Peters kid from LA, or even McCrary. Maybe two of them, who knows.

So we're probably at 16 with one of the three DLineman mentioned, and we need 17 possibly take 18, so the other two are anyone's guess. Probably someone were not ont he radar with yet or is not on our radar yet.

Is it McCrary or McCray? I thought it was McCray.

Do not forget 4-star DE Jason Peters from Baton Rouge Catholic High in Louisiana. He placed an unofficial to GT last week and loved it.

Per Rivals: 6-4, 262, 4.79, 32" vertical

Plus...he has great grades (3.65 GPA)...not like Richard, but strong.

Top 7 appear to be LSU, GT, Auburn, Stanford, Northwestern, Oklahoma, Tennessee
