Rumor is true

As early as next week. This was announced in ameeting before December but asked no to tell. "Health Reasons".

So if he is stepping down, and everyone has known for a while, do they already have a replacement, or will an "official" search start?

I would certainly think, and hope, that this has been known for a certain time and that the official search process has already been initiated, and that a possible/probable list of candidate(s) is already in order.
