Reggie Ball - not on it. Marcus Vick, on it?!?!?!? That really burns my biscuits. Ball is unproven, but, c'mon, gimme a break, please, Vick? I just want to see Little Vick flop so badly. Unlikely, but it would be nice.
Additionally Hagans, Whitehurst, and Quinton Porter from BC are on it. That's 12% of the preseason nominees out of the ACC.
The SEC also has 4 and one of them is from Vandy.
