Dawgs Scared/ Sure Of Hatcher

What does it say? It says I have to join to read.

I'm telling you guys, Hatcher will be great one day.

The post on the other board is just one guy saying that Hatcher has been officially offered the job. He will be talking to his family and GSU before making a decision - he has until friday to do so for a Monday presser next week. Doesn't list a source.

Not a very active thread - one person saying they definitely do not want to see the air raid offense at GT...

IF that actually is true and he turned us down, it would be extremely embarassing. Probably not even true so no reason to worry about it.

I am NOT worried about being turned down. I don't want ANYONE at GT who does not 100% want to be here.

Hatcher is an interesting choice b/c he is a pure GA coach and if you presume Richt will stay at Ugag forever GT becomes the best job in Ga he could get. He would be a risky hire but possibly the greatest upside.

I'm going to support whomever the coach turns out to be, but nothing, absolutely nothing would get me more excited than DRad announcing the Hatch Attack has landed on Techwood Dr.

call me crazy but after they've won 7 in a row, 14 of the last 17, I don't think they're suddenly "scared" bc we're now in a coaching search and someone from Ga Southern's name is being discussed... :wow:

Hatcher is an "unproven", but he appears to have great potential, plus he's a guy most people like. How strange would it be for GT folks to know that a lot of UGA fans would be happy for Chris Hatcher?

I don't know if he's the guy or what or if he's even been talked to, but folks that know much about football in the state of Georgia know about Chris Hatcher and how well he did at Valdosta State, Central Florida, and Kentucky. He coached Tim Couch to huge numbers at UK and Culpepper to a great career at UCF for those that need names.

All I know is that he threw the pee pee out of the ball as a QB at Valdosta State and that Valdosta State slung it all over the place when he was the head coach.

I can assure you UGA is not scared or worried about us right now. yes, maybe one day things will change but we are not a factor to them.

AMEN!

It will take more than a DIVISION II coach to scare those bitches.
