Simmons was a beast. Couple of great speed rushes today, and the Pitt QB miraculously got out of 2 sure sacks due to his athleticism.

Hated the super soft coverage right before the half that allowed the long FG, but magnificent everywhere else. 1/13 on 3rd down. Bravo.

Some of the best tackling I've seen from us for the complete game. Was great to see the number of times their guys got less than a yard after the initial contact.

We had 4 tackles for loss, one of which was a 5 yard loss on a running play. Anree was a beast on that one.

Pitt actually out gained Penn State during their game and was pretty balanced run/pass so excellent job on defense

Seems pretty clear we are on the same level as Penn St and Okla St based on Pitt's performance against those teams. Without a few fumbles and the punt return TD it could've easily been 49-10 today.
