I have a question for those of you who know more about football than me (that should be most of you).
Richards and Anoai are great pash rushers. Both seemed solid on the run, but one thing i worried about with Wrotto moving to offensive line was short yardage situations. I know him best of the players on the team, so I tended to watch him more last year. On short yardage (specifically remembering against ugag last year) I saw him take up 3 Olinemen and hold the line of scrimmage.
Anoai is a little small, but how well do you feel him and Richards are against the run in short yardage. Would any of you consider bringing Wrotto back to defense in those special situations in games, just for his size? I have very little clue on how to determine if someone is doing a good job in short yardage.
Any opinions and knowledge would be appreciated.
