I like the one about GT getting out of the SEC because we couldn't beat the Bear! Or the one about how we couldn't win in the SEC so we got out. Or how the Bear signed twice as many players and ran many of them off through tough practices!

the best is where the one poster says that they will "feel the stadium up, it will be like a home game" seems like the guy had a Freudian slip about what he does at home with his kids
 
Painting with a broad brush, they might be the dumbest fan base out there. For a taste, listen to Paul Finebaum if you're driving through Alabama, or check it out on the internet. It might make you dumber, but it's a hoot.

I enjoy the commentary of edsbs.com and loserswithsocks regarding bammer fans. I particularly like the coverage of Saban on loserswithsocks especially referring to them as bammeroids...

Eh, the guys a little over the top passionate, but you'll find the same bizare level of dedication to far less important things than college football. He could just as well have Metalica/Random Chinese words/skulls&snakes, or any other odd things inked all over. Well spoken for a Bama fan, and I'd have a few beers with him over the bald and drooling mutt guy anyday.

At least he can speak in full sentences and can explain why he has all that on him. Not a tat guy, myself, but if I were to get one it would be subtle and inconspicuous, unlike a giant picture of an old man on my back. They should do a follow up in 30 years, see what they look like then.
