I'm pumped about this staff but I'm meh to rhetoric like this. Rhetoric doesnt win games. I prefer action over words and so far this staff is extremely active in the recruiting arena, which is 50%+ of the battle.

They've taken all the actions they legally can to date.

What actions have they failed to perform?

What's important is how our young men respond to it. Looking at the videos, I believe they are. It's a new era at GT, gentlemen.

The rhetoric is essential, and the rhetoric is absolutely better than not having the uplifting rhetoric. A large portion of teaching is defining the expectations for the student. I think this is great, useful, and beneficial.

The rhetoric is great if it's built off a real relationship with the team where it's the coach in it with them instead of against them. Seems coach understands this and I hope the team is on board too.
