Did Anybody Honestly Think We'd Beat Ugag?

When I saw the 3-1/2 point spread, I almost laughed - Thought it should have been at least 10 (even in Atlanta) given recent performances of both teams, SEC refs, and fact that Ugag had much more to gain out of a win than we did.

I'm actually surprised we ended up that close - Except for a few missed plays (the pass to Bailey over Jahi and the final TD by Brown), the D played reasonably well. With a few breaks (an offensive PI instead of defensive, Burnett not fumbling, recovering one or both of the fumbled punts, catching wide open TD passes, etc), it could have been a different story, but, then again, haven't missed opportunities (holding against MD, fumbled punt against UVa, etc.) been the difference between a mediocre record and a possible Coastal Division repeat?

I did. After the first quarter, I was sure of it.

Touchback that should have been a touchdown
Touchback that should have been a safety
Def PI that should have been Off PI
One WR dropping 3 easy passes, one potentially for six
One WR dropping a TD pass.
One QB doesnt have experience
One QB sucks...not much else to say about that one

Before the game I thought we DID NOT HAVE A CHANCE! After the first half, I felt really good. I was excited to be watching the game.

BUT, for us to win, we would have had to overcome the majority (if not all) of the things I listed.

GA is loaded with talent year in year out- i heard they have 45 ex players on NFL rosters- WOW

nah...we lose to em every year..literally. not sure why I always think this year will be different.
