Did the best team win tonight?

I have to say the better team won, unfortunately. After watching the game, I have real respect for their reciever (Jeff Szmydjryia or whatever) and Darius Walker is a very good back. The difference in that game was the line of scrimmage. Their O-line was far better than Tech's and that was the difference. On special teams, our inability or unwillingness to tackle anyone was negated by their equally incompetent FG kicker. Quinn is better than Ball (although Ball would be better with a better Oline ). So, all in all, I would say the better team won.Congratulations to ND and to our players, who acquitted themselves fairly well I thought.

Two teams that I love to see get beaten by WHOEVER they play are N. Dame & Sou Cal.


Unfortunately, my wish did not come true last night but even with a horrible taste of something awful from saying it, I believe the best team did win.

Now, after saying that, please excuse me as I feel a need to go vomit.
