Didn't know they passed bills like this in Congress???

Yeah, they waste time on those kinds of things routinely. However, that is just bush league for that guy to vote no. Wouldn't expect any less though.

Maybe, but I'd do the same thing if the Mutts won (cheated their way into :)) the championship. Its the right thing to do and sometimes a man just has to stick by his convictions.
