On the ACC teleconference CPJ said he only had 1 scholarship QB. Did he misspeak?

I think Gailey promised him one and CPJ honored that after he was hired. Or maybe that was for another player...?

There was a recent article about Tech where they said we only had one returning scholarship QB. I emailed the author and told him that I thought Booker had one and he replied, indicating Johnson told him no. I assume he will get one this year, but then I assumed that Chan would have given one to his official backup last year.
