FRIEND ON MINE AT ESPN TELLS ME CALVIN HAS A REAL SHOT AT WINNING THAT "NEXT" VOTING FOR THE ESPN MAGAZINE.

THAT'D BE HUGE FOR HIM. LET'S GIVE HIM ONE LAST SEND-OFF. TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO GET THERE AND VOTE.

WISH THEY'D HAVE USED DIFFERENT HIGHLIGHTS FOR HIM. ESPECIALLY SINCE HE'S UP AGAINST SOME STIFF COMP. (REYES, HOWARD ETC.) BUT IT'S STILL AWESOME.

I think he will win...I'm suprised they didn't nominate someone like the usual Brady Quinn. Calvin definitely deserves it.

He won a recent ESPN poll for "which player would you rather have on your NFL team" by a solid margin

Why is Reyes even on there? He is already a professional athlete!! CJ is the definition of NEXT-he isn't a pro yet but he has the potential to be a great one!
