That was a helluva game plan. Stayed balanced and put together a very good game plan. It sure makes a OC's job easier when your QB is accurate on those 5-10 yd throws like Sims was today.

Mine was first.
 
beat me to this thread....i was about to post some love for Patenaude. He sure did look better today. The OL was improved I suppose, we had a little time to throw, and Sims can get the ball out quickly. 68% passing, like 23 complete passes? Haven't seen that in a minute. We didn't dial up a lot of deep shots, I figure that was not really in the game plan, and that was a good choice. I have to think the read option will look even better against front 7's with less talent (which is almost everybody).
 
WRs ran great routes and created lots of space. The whole offense just spread it out so much better than last year. RBs were able to run inside & outside. Just a 2 :bigthumbup: job by DPat
 
Yeah, I was really dubious last year. But he's certainly going to make a believer out of me if this keeps up.
 
How easy is it going to be for Coach Collins to recruit the next Calvin Johnson to this offense?

10 different receivers made catches last night.
