I sure hope so... Its needed. How do you ignore your boss's requests RIGHT after he tells you what NOT to do? Good grief! Craziness...

b/c he is stubborn and thinks he is right and its his team no matter how the results show the opposite

He is done. He is first off isn't that bright, but secondly can't follow direction. He is a goner.
