if you bend something long enough .. even if it doesn't break .. it's personality gets weak and used to bending ..
hey .. in engineering .. if u keep bending an object with a bending moment .. and letting it recover when u remove the moment .. if you keep doing this in cycles .. the object gets decidedly weaker .. it's called bending fatigue .. that's where Roof's philosophy sucks .. he's a great guy .. but needs to involve.
