The transfer portal is what will kill bowl season. Half the teams are missing key players... people don't want to watch that garbage.

People don't know the rosters of most of the teams playing bowl games outside of the CFP anyway.

Hard to judge or make that kind of statement imo in context of them facing the best defense in college football. They’d move the ball and score on us. I do think we would beat them but I’m sure we’d be the underdog on paper.

I’ve been unimpressed by the top of the SEC this year. Really hoping they go 0-3 in the playoffs. And I’ll only pull for the B1G when they are playing the SEC. How nice would it be to have a national championship game with both conferences left out? Even if they’re .500, the SEC bias will remain. If they are 0-3 for 1-3, it’s really hard to talk up their superiority.

We’ll see how it goes. Today is a big day for this.
