Early enrollees - Saw Richt And Gailey today

they were sitting next to each other about 5 feet away from each other ont he couch. The football guy from 790 asked them about the trend of early enrollees.

Richt said it was a huge issue in getting them prepared, get them in spring practice, etc. It was, as usually for Richt, an honest and articulate answer but answered purely from a football perspective.

Gailey then responded and basically said it really doesn't affect us. We had two kids this past year and one the couple years before that. He said most of our kids are finishing up core classes or tough high school stuff and really just can't or don't have time to enroll early. It was an honest, not as articulate answer, that focused exclusively on academics.

GT is very different.

that's very perceptive - I wonder if anyone else came away with similar impressions?

It's no secret, I'm not as up todate on terminology as many of you others are. I even had to make a fool of myself last year when asking what "trash talk" meant. So if you would, please reword that sentence above for me. Thank you for your patience.
