We've (mama & me) just polished off two of the best ribeye steaks I've ever had. Cooked them outside on the bbq with dried hickory & oak and some green hickory wood for smoke. Guys, I'm tell'n ya, it don't get any better than this.

Somebody's gonna reply that this ain't football.
Ohhhhhhh dear sir and ma'am, I beg to disagree. With the convergence of football season right around the corner, the smell of smoke in the air, yessir, it's football talk.
Now, back to the football game.
BTW,
I'm ready to see your and my friend, as well as that great American "RM 2" posting soon. Just ain't right w/out him and his brother JD going at it. Come on Davis's, let's get this football season candle lit.

Careful....the carbon footprint police will be knocking at your door soon if you continue to burn that much wood to cook two steaks.

Next time you should microwave those steaks, it's what's best for the environment. :ugh:
