Eerily similar ending

O'l s last loss to Uga (still had to lose to FSU the next week) was on the turg at Grant Field by a score of 31-17. It was obvious Richt has passed us by only 11 games into the job. As Gailey walked off, it was obvious we were about the same distance behind UGA as wehn he arrived.

Granted we improved a little but so have they. I wasn't sad to see O'l leave. i was sad to see Gailey leave because he had so much more character.

Ultimately, though, it was time for him to go.

Minus the hordes of future NFL stars (many of which are still producing at high levels in the NFL), the rampant partying and drug use, and the fact that he favored star players over the rank and file. Other than those "minor" distinctions, you have a point.
