So I was absolutely furious after that fake punt on 4th and 5 last night. I understand we came back against Georgia, but that was with a full half to play and we weren't down by nearly as much. Additionally, there were only 8 (ish) minutes left in the game and there's no way they needed to go for more points in that situation. I was furious. Earlier in the game I held my tongue because my girlfriend was with me and there were kids a few rows in front, but after that I absolutely lost it.
Point: Miles is a dick. However, we all knew that.
I got home and celebrated the new year at midnight, forgetting the game completely so I could enjoy it. But I couldn't help myself, I just had to FF my recording to that play so I could take solace in the ESPN announcers tearing Miles apart for that play. Hearing him called classless on national television would at least make it a little better. So what happens when they run that play? The announcers don't say a WORD about what a dick move that was. Are you ****ING KIDDING ME?!?!?!
Point: ESPN can blow me.
