ESPN's Bowl Selection Special all-but said we should win it. They said CPJ has had a great year and the rest of it was talking about all the problems LSU has had this year and that this isn't how they will want to be bringing in the new year.

"This will be a tough task for LSU"

"Ask the Miami Hurricanes...Ask Georgia about defending that option"
 
we were the favorite to win last time we played LSU in the Peach... i hope ESPN didn't just jinx us
 
It is time for payback from 2000--plus ending 0-3 on last bowl trips--I'm looking forward to revenge and a real HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
 
Hopefully we wont' have SIX stinkin' turnovers this time around.
 
I think CPJ takes bowls a bit more seriously than the last regime. This is not just a "vacation". We're on a mission to win 10 games this year!
 
I watched LSU all year as they shot themselves in the foot repeatedly. They had 21 good players and a gaping hole at QB.

I am worried about this game as LSU has been forced into playing a freshman QB who seems to have much more potential than Lee or Hatch. And the other positions are covered pretty well.

I think we win; I hope we win. But I shudder to think of an LSU team that somehow learns to play without making stupid penalties and turnovers.
