I guess the terms due process, due diligence, legal rights and self-reporting have no meaning to anyone here.

By the way I heard all of the UF football team cheated, if I send that notice to Uraban does he suspend all of the team or does he investigate?

If his investigation turns up any indication of improper behavior does he suspend the team or notify UF administration?

Once UF administration hearrs of the alleged, (alleged - big word means until it is investigated and proven) does UF admin tell Urban to suspend the team or do they investigate?

Does the term civil liberties mean anything to anyone here?

FSU and UF combined do not have enough money to pay off the law suits filed by student-athletes and regular students if they were suspended or failed until someone properly investigated an allegation of improprietary behavior.

I guess a school would have to know something about self-reporting before you could grasp the concept and the process.

Explain why due diligence discovered 60+ athletes had better grades than every other student in the course yet only 23 were identified in the first 4-5 month audit and yet when the "low value" athletes threatened action because they knew football and track players were involved then the number of people implicated triples in an audit that takes less than 1/2 of a month. If that's what you call due diligence and proper self-reporting then I'm at a loss of words.

Give Bobby his wins. Then take away 10 scholies per year. It'll all balance out that way.

screw bobby
take the wins away
teach the old cheat a lesson!

QFT. Free Shoes would be hurt much worse with 10-15 scholly reductions than vacating wins. I'd still bet that F$U gets a slap on the wrist compared to our probation.
