Yellow Jackets open preseason practice, work for almost three hours

Georgia Tech took another step toward the 2024 season when it opened preseason practice Wednesday evening.

Yondjouen returns
Sylvain Yondjouen was back Wednesday practicing with the Jackets a little more than 10 months after a knee injury cost him his 2023 season. “The speed and the twitch that he showed out there today, along with the size, the added girth that he has, excited to have him back out there,” Key said. “Adds a ton to the defensive line. Really good to see him back out — plus his leadership. He’s played a lot of football, he’s very well-respected by all his teammates. Doesn’t say a lot, but when he does, people listen.”
 
So... wait...

"We're light years ahead of where we were last year."
"We are loaded with depth."
"We have an embarrassment of riches at TE."

Who are these guys and what have they done with our football program?

Can not wait for kickoff in Dublin. F$U is in for a BIG surprise.

Thanks for posting that. I read a transcript of what he said earlier in FB, but I couldn't find a link to it. First off, I have to say that I am more than proud and pleased that he is our OC, but I couldn't help but laugh at one thing in the transcript of what he said: He must have said the words "you know" 50 or more times in it. It's a good thing we pay him to coach and not speak...you know.. LOL
