Fire Cutcliffe

Um, Duke won 2 games in 3 years before Cutliffe. It's credit to Duke's defensive tenacity that they stayed in the game for so long. VT's D vs. Duke's O was going to be a horrible mismatch no matter what.

Well Roof told everybody who would listen last year that this year's team would be dramatically better. Roof had a major issue when the top QB last year was lost for the season. They have little depth. Cutcliffe just reaped the benefits of Roofs recruiting while slamming him for conditioning etc.... That coaching job tonight was just awful...probably one of the worst I have every seen. He gave that game away. He recruited a passing QB from us. Where is that guy tonight? Keeping him redshirted while you take a loss?

Cutcliffe is a highly overrated coach. He got lucky coaching the Mannings. I hope UTenn hires him so they can get what they deserve.
 
Screw Duke ! They could have helped.. but choked. Play calling killed them. Cutcliffe hadn't thrown it all day and he dial's up some crap deep floater in double coverage. Freakin brilliant. I read in an earlier post (above) how masterful Duke's D was. My God, they were handed the ball 5 times by a sorry ass VT offense. VT's worst team in 10 yrs now is going to represent our division in the ACCCG. Dude--that is 7 shades of pathetic. UVA screwed us in Atlanta and now they are going to bend us over again .. all the way from Blacksburg next week.
