Football ticket upgrades and relocation

I got an email from the AA today asking if I wanted to upgrade my football season ticket seats. There was a link to a site with specific open seat locations available. Had to look at the linked map to find the seats first, then called AA. The ones I wanted were still available - got better seats swapped for the ones I already had in same fund level, and added 2 more with them today exactly where I asked. Thank you to the AA for making this easy and specific, not random assignment! Good revenue management.
