If everybody shows up, it should be a pretty good crowd (and probably a cluster with all the new gate operations and compressed weeknight schedule). I was a little worried about attendance when I saw that GTAA was offering $10 tickets to faculty and staff.

Given the Deion factor with this game, it feels like there will be a bunch of random CU "fans" showing up that started "supporting" CU ~2-3 years ago. Kinda similar to Miami games when they have a good record

Sat in the west in the 2024 game vs Miami. Literally Miami fans smoking weed in the stadium next to my niece and nephew and I. I talked so much s**t to them when we won. Surprised I made it out alive.

Those same Miami fans will be closeting their Miami clothes this week and pulling out their for Colorado apparel tomorrow night I’m sure.

Key said something about his leadership in the locker room during one of the pressers. Though, I wouldn't be disappointed if he's as good as Haynes and Hosley, and we end up with 3 RBs averaging 15 carries/game at 7+ ypc.

While I love that news I'm skeptical it's really a sellout in the traditional sense. I suspect the last few thousand seats were purchased by generous people who will not fill the seats with actual people. I expect to see the usual empty seats in the top sections of the stadium but I hope I am wrong.

I am also skeptical. However, it really shows the direction our program is going in selling out a midweek like this. We are super close to a breakthrough, I can feel it. But until then, we just have to keep showing up and supporting
