I'm mad that Utah's Artificial Turf looks better than ours, they're playing Colorado if anyone cares
Blame GT grads from Shaw IndustriesI'm mad that Utah's Artificial Turf looks better than ours, they're playing Colorado if anyone cares
Arky is the only P5 school in that State, and every corner of that State loves the Univ of Arky.Arky won another ugly trophy!
8-4, year 2 coming out of the worst head coaching hire in history, Chad Morris (Collins hasn't been lighting the world on fire but you sheltered folks have not see really really bad).
Arky is the only P5 school in that State, and every corner of that State loves the Univ of Arky.
That same dynamic doesn't exist in GA because for many years our Grads looked down their collective noses at less fortunate parts of the State, and acted as if GT FB were elite, and that the good times would continue perpetually.
How about give us some suggestions that will make GT loved in every corner of our State like Arky is in their State, then we can proceed from there.
A bad hire by other Programs is less devastating than a bad hire by GT, those other Programs didn't sever relationships with HS Coaches & Recruits in State for 11 years, so their bad hires can turn things around much quicker than our allegedly bad hires.
Before you go , give us a commentary on how Arky looked on both Lines of Scrimmage, then compare that to our OLine?
The game of CFB for Programs like ours is much more nuanced than looking at Final Scores and W-L Records.
Arky has a friggin stud OLine and they were able to play Bama to a damn near draw in the trenches, Bama just outclassed them with skill Players.
In the future, tell all pertinent sides of the story, I wouldn't want anyone to accuse you of being a guy with an Agenda.
Arky's situation is and was nothing like our situation here at GT, and anger & profanity won't improve your understanding, nor will it make your poor comparisons & parallels more sound.I don't give a öööö whether anybody here thinks I have an agenda. Arkansas went almost 3 years without winning a conference game. I am glad they are a lot better. They are a lot better quickly. I hope Tech does that. Tech is never ever ever going to be the most popular team in Georgia, not sure why I should care. I don't live there. Arkansas will never ever have the high school system nor population Georgia does. Georgia is a whole lot bigger than 2x bigger than Arkansas and the difference in number of D1 players produced is a lot wider than the population. There is only one football program in GA bigger than Tech. Apples don't equal oranges either. Why the öööö would I have an agenda regarding 18-22 year olds playing a game? This is like any other entertainment.
What I find most interesting about rooting for 2 teams is that both fan bases act like the world is centered around them and that everything that happens to their teams is due to their teams when all the other teams are trying to do the same thing. Sometimes the other öööö teams do works and there is nothing you can do about it. The fanbases of the two teams I root for barely know that the other one exists, even though each is so overwrought about the importance of who they root for.
You know nothing about how God awful Chad Morris was. He reminds me a lot of somebody unfortunately. I don't want him to, but he does.
