Friday Night Games Thread

Early offense in the PAC12 After Dark game. Tied at 7 five minutes in. USC's QB knocked out of the game
 
Air Force had wide open receiver and QB overthrew him. Feels familiar for some reason
 
USC QB escapes pressure and throws a bomb into double coverage for a TD, damn
 
Air Force/Boise State game already through 1st Quarter, Utah/USC game still has 6 1/2 min left
 
Air Force has a nice 3-min drive, gets first points on the board with an 8 yard QB keep. Very nice blocking
 
USC blocks FG but gets called for offsides, blocks next attempt :lol2: Still up 14-7
 
Broncos with a 36 yard TD pass to tie the game up. Freshman QB taking hits but on the money!
 
Utah picks up a NOICE 1st down on 4th & 1 with an option pitch at the end of 1st Quarter
 
I ticked off "Go to a USC game at the Colosseum" off my bucket list - I went to the USC -Colorado game last year.

I recommend it to anyone in LA during football season. Football is big in the South but its also big in Los Angeles - you owe it to yourself to see a game in the LA Colosseum.
 
Boise St and Air Force look like Top 25 teams. Both a lot of fun to watch.
 
Air Force 3-O gets behind schedule and OL gets blown up trying to pass block on 3rd & medium. A tale as old as time
 
Weird that USC is the underdog in that game. Hard to get my head around who is who.

This Boise St freshman QB is tearing up Air Force's secondary, but good lord is he taking too many hits
 
Utah gets into 2nd and 25 after a couple penalties then rips off a 30 yard run

Very chippy game
 
Anybody who thinks west coast teams don't play physical football never lined up against Utah.

I remember a Bowl game a few years ago between Utah and Alabama - Utah absolutely destroyed (a Nick Saban coached) Alabama.
 
Utah's QB is making plays with his feet on 3rd downs
 
Utah gets a very generous roughing passer call against USC to extend its drive, feels like there's been a penalty on half the plays this game
 
Huge fumble recovery by USC before the half, damn. Kept Utah points off the board
