FSU board = GT boards

Just lurked the Warchant board to get a sense of their reaction to FSU's season. It reads exactly like the Hive or Stingtalk. The exact same topics, just different names to gripe about.

There's your token fire the coach threads.

There's a couple blame the coordinator threads.

The players seem to get a pass in most posts, but some actually do hold them accountable for their poor play.

There's your I support the team not the coach thread.

You have your lets all stick together and support our program threads.

And of course, there might be a few blame the QB posts sprinkled in as well.

I did not see, however, any don't be negative cause it hurts recruiting threads.

I'll bet the USF coach is on their fans' short list.

I am betting there aren't as many blame the program post on Warchant. You know - we are such a crappy program, we are lucky to even have a coach type threads...

Oh you mean the "Come on guys, we really can't expect to be great anyways. We have too high standards to field a good team anyways, so this season isn't that bad. 7-8 wins should be our goal every year, and we can still get there!"

that is simple...because nothing hurts FSU recruiting...that will never change regardless of coach, w/l record, etc.

Even with the worst of legal scandals they still recruited Top 10 classes.

What the fans need is a disgruntled fan lottery, where all the embattled coaches can be placed each year. Then each university's representative would throw the dice to see where each one will coach the following year. (Now you see why no one ever listens to me). :p
