The Seminoles only play 5 gms in Tallahassee, with only 1 noncon, UAB. They are @ Colorado in the thin air, play Alabama in Jacksonville & go to Florida. The ACC road gms are @ Clem, @ BC, @ VT & @ WF. Ugh! Fla St gets Miami at home with some weaker teams. Tough sched!
Also notice the myriad of Big National Games that the ACC has on this year's docket. Miami @ Oklahoma & hosting Texas A&M. GT @ ND, BC @ ND & Duke @ ND. Nebraska @ WF, wowser. VT @ LSU!!! South Carolina @ North Carolina in what should be a serious 2 yr series. Louisville @ NC St & Pitt @ Viginia.
Looks like a fantastic season for ACC football!

Re: Some really great games!

OUC, Miami has it's plate full. Haven't looked at the entire schedules though.

Looking forward to Neb @ Wake, but I feel Wake will be down this year with so many upper classman moving on.

VT @ LSU, that's what I'm talking about!!! GO ACC!!

FSWHO in Jax against AL, and have to go to FL and CO. On top of that they have the ACC to contend with. Yikes!!!

GT@ ND to start the season along with ending the regular season playing UGag isn't exactly easy, but I'm really looking foward to the challenge!

Thanks for the info. Good stuff!

GO JACKETS!!

Never a slouchy team. They have only had a football team for give-or-take 10 years. Several years ago, I believe they came within 3 points of beating UGA at Homecoming in Athens. Sure would not take them lightly.

Never have been a huge FSU fan but will give them their due...over the years they have demonstrated that they will take on all comers, home or away. I think that mindset that Bowden and his staff has had over the years to play anybody was instrumental in the swagger that the program developed, albeit it has diminished somewhat. I lived in Tally in the early 80's after graduating Tech and went to their games (when not at GT games). It was interesting to witness (at least initially) that program develop from a second-rate program into the football dynasty that it became. IMHO, the turning point became when Bobby decided to put as much emphasis on the defense as he did on the offensive side.

Good point. In 2005, they almost beat Tennessee when Tennessee was ranked number 3 in the polls. I could easily see the Blazers upsetting the Criminoles in 2007 and I would love every minute of it!
