FSU\'s leading rusher is out for Sat

or at least, he should be. Greg Jones may have seriously hurt his knee. Sounds exactly like Hollings' injury. Their starting OG Holland is also out & WR Talman Gardner may be.

You always hate to see the young men get hurt, but we have so many hurt, I guess this tends to level the playing field a little.

What a huge loss for the criminoles. It appeared that Jones basically carried the team in the few FSU games that I have seen.

Any word on Rix or McPherson as starter?

Mcpherson had a pretty good game on sat.

We still got to stop that OL and Maddox. Maddox is good enough to start for anybody except maybe Miami, OSU or VT.

Plus McFarland adds an extra running demension.

Sorry to hear of his misfortune but if true it's our good fortune. I've been dreading having to face him all year. That guy's a load! It'll be somewhat easier to prepare for the Maddox dimension without having Jones in the equation. Apparently he's scheduled for an MRI today.

IMO, the loss of Jones hurts FSU less than our loss of TH. All teams have to deal with injuries this late in the season.
