FSU's o-line

They are Freshman and I'm glad we catch them this

year. Trickett will have them clicking in a year or two...They go off our regular season rotation after next year but, we could meet them again in the ACC Champ. game in a year or two.

+1. He hasn't actually "coached" a game in about 4 years. Mickey & Co. are running that ship. Reverend Bobby is just the honorary captain.

I have to disagree, the missy reporter had no clue...The dumb question of "how do you stop the holding ?" I think Bowden was taken back by the dumb question, some of these questions that these female reporters ask are just dumb...

So let me ask you a question. You're right by the coach and he's crying about holding. What do you ask him? She asked what their problem was and he said "they called 5 holding penalties". So what do you say next? Isn't that the issue he's claiming is the problem? So wouldn't you ask him what he's going to do about it? Of course he has no real answer, but according to him it's why he's losing, so he better figure something out.

Yes, it was a dumb question and Bowden really bit his tongue before he answered, you could plainly see it, she had just caught him while he was chewing the Ref out for calling 5 holding penalties on Fsu and none on Nc. State (P.J. said on an interview a couple games back I think it was after the VT loss, if you really want to be honest about it, the refs could call holding on every play) What is Bowden going to say to the Girl ? I'm going in there at halftime and chew those boys out? Or what he should have said is " those dadgum refs better look at those other guys in the red jerseys and start calling those same holding calls on them" That is what he was telling the refs himself, if clueless would have listened she might had not asked the question. It was a just a stupid question asked by a clueless girl reporter. Ask him how the offense gets going in the 2nd half or something else, how do you stop holding? Thats stupid, you either block better or hold and don't let the refs see you. :laugher:
