I didn't even realize this was still a thing. I mean has anyone outside the SEC even seriously competed for this title

TCU had a good run in 2014, iirc. 30+ players all charged with simple possession the same week.

I can't remember who clinched it in the end. they had 3 players rob 7+ people of their textbooks which led to a landslide victory.

SEC hasn't won the Fulmer Cup since 2012. They are tied for the most points together as a Conference, though. Colorado has the lead by a landslide right now courtesy of one Nathaniel Robbins. Go look him up and see the amazingness. He might have single-handedly won it for Colorado this year.

"The charges the defensive lineman is facing are (take a deep breath) two counts of first-degree assault on a peace officer, two counts of second-degree assault, two counts of third-degree assault, two counts of criminal mischief, first-degree burglary, attempted second-degree kidnapping, second-degree burglary, resisting arrest, second-degree arson, obstruction of telephone services, harassment, obstructing peace officers and domestic violence."

Damn, gaggers got some catching up to do. Fortunately, it is still early in the season for a comeback!

Does the Fulmer cup have a Heisman award? Something like Lawrence Phillips beating a chick?

This guy would be a lock.

Yes. The Ellis T Jones III Award. But, "no program that accumulates points based solely on the misdeeds of a single player is eligible for the Fulmer Cup."
