That's a complicated facial expression right there. His eyes say "oh shit oh no", his mouth says "I'm a hard man", his brow is kind of "who me? nah, i'm cool", and the ultra flared out nostrils kind of pull it all together. Also, I don't look at police photos a lot, is it common for them to have those kinds of borders?
 
The borders are weird, it makes the person look scarier
 
also had an underage girl too...somewhere there is a proud papa of his lil baby girl
 
He was their 2nd leading receiver last season and they lost their top (Malone) and 3rd (Kamara - RB) to the draft. There is zero chance he is suspended for the opener. Tennessee is already unhappy with Butch and he'll need to pull all the punches to get a win against Tech in the opener.
 
Well a college football player with an underage girl isn't really that much of a stretch. I don't thi k they were talking about underage as far as consent goes lol. This is the guy who caught the hail Mary vs uga, he's definitely a friend of ours
 
(1) The borders thing isn't unusual. I don't know the purpose of it but a lot of mugshots seem to use a blurred out image of the mugshot as the border.
(2) @ThisIsAtlanta is right. Dude's facial expression is very telling. I'd say it mostly portrays an intense fear of becoming someone's b*tch for a night. @BeeStorm 's face is permanently stuck that way.

Someone has to rail against the ST establishment. All these other betas (to use your term) just fall in line over here.

I would be surprised if he wasn't suspended for the opener. Out of conference games against respectable teams are the most acceptable type of loss a team can have.
