Ncjacket i was refering to the gold we are wearing at the moment as our traditional gold the way i see it the 70's gold was the traditional and what we have now is it or as close as it will get. Just to throw this out there but the jersey we have now are in my top 3 behind: 1. 1970's (uva thursday night game throw backs) 2.1990 .
But 2008 is barely infront of the black jerseys we had in 85

Okay, I think. You said we were finally back to the traditional color and now we're changing again? Either way I agree. The gold from the 70s is one of our older colors. What I was referring to was the gold of the helmets we wore in the later 70s and in the 60s.

I always wonder why we changed and when i look it up i always get a different reason
