Funny on ACC refs

Anybody got the one this past weekend where they ran a play while we had a player down on the field?

to be fair, the player had an opportunity to leave the field and stayed on. once the O got lined up and he was starting to call the play, our player laid down. whether or not to stop the play at that point, i dont know the rule, but i can see that it is dubious to give that as then you would have a defenders doing that instead of taking a TO every time the formation didnt suit them.
