I love CPJ, and I want him to stay here until he retires. However, in the event that the future AD releases Johnson or he leaves, would you guys like to get a whole new staff in, or keep someone from under Johnson so we can continue to run the flex?

At this point I couldn't even fathom us running anything other than the TO. I even base my playbook off of the system CPJ runs. I want him to stay for the next 15 years.
 
One of these guys would be fine with me.

Would prefer we find a coach that utilizes this new invention in modern football, the forward pass.
